All About Quality
The real secret about having this recipe turn out well is the quality of the fish you buy. Wild caught salmon is readily available at most foods stores in either the seafood or frozen fish section. It is far and away better in taste and health benefits than farm raised fish. Your extras can be very simple if your fish is well selected.
Wild Caught Fish
Not all fish is creating equal unfortunately. When you are choosing your selection at the food store be aware that farm raised fish is never a good thing. The fish are contained which is completely unnatural, and they become unhealthy as a result. They are often colored to create that look you see in the food stores. If you have ever compared a piece of farm raised salmon to wild caught salmon you will see a noticeable difference.
