Good morning! Happy WIAW. I am not sure if that is actually a thing or not. However, I do know that we all love sharing a little bit about what we ate. It a common point of conversation when I talk to my clients about their nutrition. Also, I have been known to throw it out there to Scott too. What to know what I ate today? My sister and I occasionally spark up that dialogue as well. Food chat I like to call it.

What I Ate
I pretty much eat the same meals and such during the week and weekend. However, I usually share what I ate on any given Tuesday. This was technically Monday’s day of eats, but that is not too big of a deal really.
Coffee to jump start the day.
Breakfast time…3 pasture raised eggs, Ezikiel toast and spinach.
Monday morning was spent running some errands, and fitting in some of my studying for my personal training certification. Getting there, slowly but surely!
Workout at home in our garage gym….
Post workout recovery shake…
Lunch came around and it may sound a tad ridiculous, but I wanted eggs yet again. I decided to go with it since it was quick and easy to assemble.
I had every intention of doing some meal prep this past Sunday, but it did not happen. I have four bags of Trader Joe’s butternut squash sitting in the fridge right now. I may have overdone it. Do you ever food shop like you are going to make food in bulk and then it sits begging to be cooked?
I packed up a few snacks for the rest of the day and headed into work.
I had a new client and an orientation scheduled for the afternoon. I also did a quick tour for a potential new member. I was surprised the gym was way more crowded than expected. Typically the crowd is lighter on a holiday.
The afternoon went by in a blur and I arrived home around 8:00. Starving of course! Dinner included wild caught salmon, sautéed kale and the last of our sweet potatoes that were already cooked.
Write post, schedule to publish and get ready for bed. I also had an early morning client in the gym I needed to work on a plan so I was prepared.
