It can be a little tough to check all those items off the proverbial to-do list and enjoy a healthy breakfast. This recipe will surely energize you for the day. Plus it will give your body the nutrients it needs in the form of a delicious and decadent smoothie. The best of all worlds.
Healthy Breakfast Options
I have a major crush on the coffee and would drink it all day if I could. Of course we all know there can be too much of a good thing. In order to keep my coffee intake healthy I do try to manage how much I have on any particular day.
For me, morning coffee is no exception. The caffeine really does wake me up and I feel an instant boost in my energy and my mood.
This coffee smoothie is an awesome option if you are pressed for time to enjoy breakfast or your early AM brew. It is a one stop shop type of drink with a nutrient dense profile and a dash of the really good stuff.
- ¾ Cup Cold Brew Concentrate
- ¾ Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Collagen Protein
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Rice Protein
- 1 Teaspoon MCT Oil
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and lightly mix.
- Pour in your cup of choice and enjoy!
