…And it is FREE!
It is finally here! After months in the making, I am launching the Welcome Pack that I have been working on for the past several months. It was quite a scene in these parts on Friday afternoon. I seriously may have called Awebber (my email provider) approximately ten times. Oh, and I may have used the online chat help even more. I may lack tech savy, but I have no problem being the one who calls so many times I end up chatting with the same customer service representative. No shame in that! Anyway, we are moving on since that is all in the past now.
If you like what you see on The Bikini Experiment you are going to love this free welcome pack. It contains over 30 pages of my best advice for living a healthy and happy lifestyle. There are small habit changes you can implement, quick and nutritious recipes, and three different training progressions for main movements. Basically I guide you through how to start while still enjoying the other exercises you enjoy doing. All in all, it is really comprehensive, and thus the main reason that it took so long to create.
I mentioned this product back when I shared my goals for 2015. Even though this project fell to the backburner this winter it was definitely not forgotten. After drafting a rough outline, I started to set out to put the big pieces together. Most of the copy was written on my plane rides back and forth to Duck, North Carolina in May. Then I had to dedicate time to planning the workouts, taking and editing photos and all of the assembly. There was the cover photo to consider, eBook assembly, and many other little details. After plugging away for a while, everything finally came together on Friday afternoon.
I was so excited to share the post on some of my social media yesterday. This was a big accomplishment for me. As The Bikini Experiment evolves I want to share more content with you to help you be successful in your pursuit of being the best version of yourself. Navigating through all of the information out there is not easy. I would like to save you some of that trouble, and pass on what I have come to see work the best.
