Hi there! A little training for Tuesday, shall we? I have a new workout for you that is perfect for getting your arms strong and lean. Sexy and sculpted arms are the name of the game at the gym. You will need to add weights and resistance to get the definition you want to see.
Strong & Lean Arms
This amazing sequence of moves is designed to work your biceps, triceps and shoulders for the ultimate wow factor. These muscles can often get overlooked when performing a lot of push ups or row variations in your routine.
Perform these exercises 2-3 times following your cardio or main lift at the gym. You are definitely going to feel a burn here. Or…one get a step closer to those strong and lean arms.
Make sure to choose weights that challenge you. You want to be able to perform up to 20 repetitions with perfect form where the last few are a little tough. Heavier weights will never make you bulk up.
