RBX Digital Camo Leggings Review
Scott sometimes teases me that my blog should be called The Leggings Experiment rather than The Bikini Experiment. When he was helping me brainstorm a site name back in the day we came up with The Bikini Experiment together. I immediately had a vision of a bikini on a hanger as the banner, and ran with the concept. I did not imagine I would be wearing lots of bikinis on my blog. I lived in New Jersey at the time of all places! I just felt that a “bikini” represents confidence and feeling good in your own skin. Everything I wanted my blog, and brand to represent. So I took the name and ran with it!
Scott points out that I wear leggings like A LOT. I am someone who always runs cold, and Austin is not all denim cut offs and gingham dresses! It gets kind of chilly here at times. So I do tend to wear a lot of leggings for my workouts. I have a huge collection that are mostly black since fun prints did not become popular until recently.
Given my love of all things legging, I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted about an opportunity to try out a new brand of activewear called RBX Active. I was sent a pair of their Active Digital Camo Leggings to review in Military Green. They also come in a gray color option as well.
RBX focuses on comfort and offers a range of affordable athletic gear for women of all ages. I wore them when I trained with Scott last Sunday, and they held up incredibly well! I was doing exercises on the floor and lifting weights. In short, it was not an easy workout.
I am a big fan of a thicker waist band because they are more flattering and do not need to be pulled up as you engage in various movements. Another bonus feature is the small pocket within the waist band. This is an awesome extra if you are running or walking because it is just big enough to fit my small i-Pod or a key when necessary.
I like how these leggings added a little bit of style with just a simple workout tank top from my closet. RBX understands how we often how to run from one activity to the next – how often do you stop to run a few errands or grab a coffee after yoga or a spin class? These leggings are colorful and stylish and will allow you to feel confident when you are taking a bit of gym out into the real word. They are also affordable with a price point of $30. As we all know, leggings can run a huge gamut in cost. You want to put your money into clothes that will last, and stand up to multiple wears and washes, but not break the bank in the process!

Questions of the Day: What do you look for when buying leggings? Do you have a go-to brand??
Disclaimer: I was sent a pair of these capris in exchange for an honest review. The opinions expressed are entirely my own. Thank you to RBX for giving me the opportunity to review their product.
