Today I am sharing a recipe for No Bake Almond Butter Bites. These are great as a dessert or as a sweet treat. Baking in your own kitchen is a wonderful way to craft something that is indulgent while keeping your health in mind!
These bites are delicious and can be assembled in minimal time! No baking required. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. 🙂
No Bake Almond Butter Bites
A sweet treat that is bound to brighten your day! Mix up a batch of these No Bake Almond Butter Bites and store in the refridgerator or freezer as a dessert to enjoy when the mood strikes.
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Cup of Cocoa
- 1/3 Cup of Unsweetned Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2/3 Cup of Almond Milk (Smooth or Chunky)
- 3 Tablespoons of Honey
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
Stir all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl except for the dark chocolate chips. When your mixture has formed a dough-like consistency add in the chips and fold in gently. Form batter about the size of a tablespoon into small bites. Cool in the refridgerator freezer for at least an hour so your bites reach a firm texture. They are delicious frozen too!
