CoSchedule for Fitness Bloggers
Health & Fitness Blog
The focus of this site is health and fitness. When it comes to planning workouts and recipes there is a great deal of work that goes on to make it all happen! Planning the exercises, rehearsing, recipe testing, filming and photos are just some of the larger pieces of the puzzle. Good stuff, right? I absolutely love putting together the best content possible for you.
I had heard of CoSchedule for a long time before I took the leap and signed up for a free trial. Why? There are so many applications out there that it can be difficult to know what will be helpful. The last thing you want to do is overcomplicate the process.
What is CoSchedule?
CoSchedule is a very easy to use marketing and content scheduling tool designed for bloggers. The more I use it the more I can appreciate the flexibility that it offers. It’s ease of use and adaptability make it an absolute must for me! I began using it a few months ago and I can honestly say I love it more and more.
How it Works
CoSchedule is a simple tool that I have installed on the backend of my WordPress site. It displays as a calendar with color coding to streamline the process. This calendar feature coordinates my blog posts and related social media messages on the same page. It save a ton of time on marketing and allows me to concentrate on other things. After all I am all about empowering busy babes.
Added bonus – it also gives you easy statistics so you can see what posts are most popular. That kind of intel is always helpful to me when I am planning for the future.
How I Use It
The beauty is in how easily I am able to plan my content. There is a drag and drop feature when things have to get shuffled around. I’m seriously saving money on whiteout products here. It truly supports the flexibility you need to have as a blogger. If a recipe fails and needs to be re-created then might need to go live the following week. When I move any of those posts around the social media goes right along with it to the new date.
I am still learning all of the bells and whistles, but it has already been a huge help to me in terms of my organization. It’s easy to get distracted and CoSchedule is awesome for connecting while you are working on other projects! You do not have to fall off the grid when life demands you take care of other things.
