Brazillian Butt Workout
The booty is one of my personal favorite body parts to work. Today I am sharing a new Brazillian Butt Workout to challenge you the next time you are at the gym! You could also grab some ankle weights and go to town in the comfort of your living room.
Ankle Weight Exercises:
The first series of exercises are done with an ankle weight. I use 5lbs and you can pick them up at places like Walmart or Target. I alternate sides for a total of 10 repetitions for 2-3 sets.
Glute Bridge: For the bridges, I usually do as many as I feel like. Approximately 30-50 reps total.
1-Leg Glute Bridge: I will typically do 20-30 on each side depending on how much time I have and how I feel.
Hamstring Bridge: These are way challenging! I can usually only handle about 10 on each side.
