Banana Chai Smoothie
If you have followed The Bikini Experiment for a little while you probably have noticed I am a huge fan of smoothies. I have a protein shake typically once a day and most often it’s after a workout of some kind. Smoothies are quick, portable and there are so many flavor combinations there is just no shortage of ways to experiment. They are not necessarily a full meal, but they can be a great option when you are in grab and go mode. I typically keep a chocolate and vanilla protein powder on hand for my every day use. I will typically choose one or the other depending on the flavor I want to create. I love Bob’s Red Mil and The Bikini Experiment Kitchen always has many of their products on hand. Their protein powder is a great texture and consistency. The chai was extra special because I have never seen that flavor anywhere! I was most excited to give that a go. Naturally that’s featured in the recipe I am sharing with you today. Enter the Banana Chai Smoothie.

- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Bob's Red Mill Chai Flavor Protein Powder
- ½ Medium Size Frozen Banana
- 2 Ice Cubes
- Add each ingredient, blend up and enjoy!
