The mission of The Bikini Experiment is to help women live their best life through fitness and nutrition. Have you ever felt less than confident or comfortable in your own body? I know I can get you started on the right path.
This space is for effective workouts, weight training tutorials, as well as healthy and quick recipes. If any of this is speaking your language then you will feel right at home.
The internet has become a cluttered space when it comes to health and fitness. It can be downright overwhelming to try to sift through all of the information out there. What really works? Are some of these promises a scam? I want to equip women with the tools they need to see true and lasting results.
The Bikini Experiment started out of my growing passion for health and fitness. My approach to working out has always been to find what worked. When I discovered weight training I knew I was headed in the right direction.
I was always a casual going gym girl, and I mostly did cardio because it was acceptable and safe. I had no idea how to navigate those weights! Seeking out personal trainer was so important to me because I knew I didn’t have the right tools to figure out by myself. This is how how I met Scott (the fiancee) 6 years ago. His coaching completely transformed my approach to fitness, and shaped the way I workout today. It is a rare thing to be coached in person by the same person for years. That’s put me in the position to share a special gift with you.
Scott’s mentorship, my training experiences, and my certifications have led me to develop an incredible effective workout system for women. These workouts get you stronger progressively. You can literally start at any fitness level, and get where you want to go.
Through my fitness transformation, I have stayed the same person. My workout style might be different from most people in the gym. But I still approach the gym as the same person. I may lift weights, but I’m not aggressive in a way that’s not true to me. You don’t have to work out like a guy to get a good workout. You don’t have to listen to Disturbed to strength train. And you don’t have to choose the gym on a Friday night rather than going out. In the end, it’s learning how to workout in a way that truly works for you.
WEIGHT TRAINING FOR WOMEN
My message is simple - weight training works. But I never wanted to sacrifice who I was to do it, and I know you don’t either!
You need a workout system that works. You should eat in a way that fuels your body’s needs. What I share here will give you the stepping stones to creating change. I started as even less than a beginner because I wasn’t even athletic growing up. I was a 30 year old woman with a shoulder injury and a high body fat percentage. Now I lift weights confidently, and feel good in a bikini at the age of 38. I want those same things for you.
My programs are built on progression. Each workout leads to the next. These small steps help you get better each and every time. And that equals big results.
