6 Pack Abs Circuit
I recommend performing this routine three times a week after your main workout. You can complete this series 2-3 times.
It is key to work the abs from various angles to help shape the waistline. As always, choose weights you feel comfortable using. Your goal is to build up to heavier weight and more repetitions. That is the single best formula to get stronger!
If you do not have access to a medicine ball you can substitute a dumbbell or even a kettlebell. Always use what you have available to you. Even in the best equipped gym there are some days where you can’t find what you need for your workout. Such is life – get creative if need be!
