I spent years as a cardio bunny bouncing away on a different piece of cardio equipment each time I went to the gym. When I started to discover the world of weight training my long session cardio dates started to feel a little like a burden. I was not enjoying the elliptical or treadmill sessions anywhere near as much. Plus I didn’t have that kind of time anymore!
